Sponsorships not only allow us to keep conventions and events affordable and fun for the local community and enthusiasts, they also expose you to a lot of potential customers. (Pricing is for one seasonal event)

3”x6” ad placed on our handouts given to every attendee ($50)
Business Cards or Brochures available at registration ($50)
Logo placement on the website page highlighting the event ($100)
Banner Placement at event ($150, banner provided by sponsor)
Social Media Shoutout ($100 per post)
Logo and business shoutout on every email regarding the Mart sent to our subscribers ($200)
8x8 booth in premium location ($125)
Balloon Arch ($300 - Our staff will assemble a balloon arch featuring your logo and colors of your choice for day-of photo-ops)
Raffles, giveaways, freebies (FREE, see below)

We are happy to feature your company through raffle prizes, giveaways, and/or promotional freebies at no charge, provided that your company supplies the prizes and does not charge attendees for entry. OakTree Crew cat rescue is hosting a raffle during the event! 100% of ticket sales from the raffle are going to the cat rescue. Raffle donations are tax deductible and support local cats in need.
