Want to be a Vendor?
Applications are always open and never require an application fee! Year round openings allow us to vet vendors with time to spare! We will enter you into a database of approved vendors, and when booths open up, you will get an email! After that, it is first come first served. We hope this system allows fair access to limited space.

Vendor application for FanMart
November 7 2026 at the Wide World of Indoor Sports, Montville CT from 10AM to 5PM
Vendor application for ArtMart
Location and date are pending.
What's the Difference?
FanMart is akin to a community yard sale, but what everyone is bringing is pieces of their collection that they would like to sell or trade! Local artists and small businesses are also welcome to apply!
ArtMart is our love letter to local artists. We welcome creators, visionaries, and artists to sell their creations. Think any local art show, but instead of a bunch of paintings of boats and beaches, its your favorite anime and video game characters as paintings, keychains, prints, shirts, and more!!! Local businesses and vendors are welcome to apply, but at least 50% of their wares must be handmade.
New England FanCon is our large annual event that celebrates fandoms of all kind! Cosplay contests, celebrity guests, vendors, and more!
